Our dedicated team is nationally certified to deliver the Prime for Life DUI and Substance Abuse education, and we are authorized by the State of North Dakota to offer flexible course options to suit your needs. 

The DUI Seminar is conducted via Zoom in a live, instructor-led format, making it both accessible and engaging for everyone. Our sessions are led by a licensed DUI Seminar Instructor who provides expert guidance and support throughout the seminar.

Keeping your camera activated allows you to actively participate and interact with both the instructor and fellow participants. This format not only promotes a dynamic and collaborative learning environment but also offers the flexibility to join from the comfort of your own home.

This virtual setup is especially beneficial for those who have health issues, live far from an in-person seminar, or simply find it challenging to attend in person. By providing a convenient and inclusive option, the seminar ensures that everyone has the opportunity to engage, learn, and make positive changes, no matter their circumstances.

You will receive your Prime for Life Certificate of Completion via email immediately after the last session of the seminar is completed. This certificate will include all necessary licensing information and other pertinent details. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us for assistance. 

The DUI Seminar is conducted by a nationally certified Prime for Life Instructor who is also a licensed DUI Seminar Instructor with the State of North Dakota. The seminar is delivered in a virtual, live, instructor-led format, which meets the state’s requirements. It’s important to ensure that you are participating in a seminar led by a licensed school to guarantee that you receive the most accurate and recognized instruction for your needs. 

 Yes, there are a few requirements to attend the 16-hour Prime for Life DUI Seminar with Atlas DUI School North Dakota:

1. Registration and Payment: You must register and pay for the seminar through our website.
2. Client Intake: Complete the client intake process.
3. Consent Forms: Sign all required consent forms.
4. Substance Abuse Assessment: Ensure you have a substance abuse assessment conducted within the last six months. You will need to upload this assessment as part of the intake process.

The virtual/instructor-led Prime for Life seminar is accepted because Atlas DUI School North Dakota is fully licensed and recognized by the North Dakota Behavioral Health & Human Services as a Substance Abuse Treatment Program (License 100144). Our instructors are certified through the same entity as DUI Seminar Instructors and are also nationally certified to deliver the Prime for Life DUI Seminar.

Additionally, we follow the state-mandated process electronically, including verifying the identity of each client. The DUI Seminars are conducted in a live format, where clients are required to have their camera on and actively engage with the instructor. 

This setup ensures the seminar meets all state requirements and provides an interactive and effective learning experience.

Prime for Life is an empowering and transformative program designed to help individuals make positive changes in their lives. This program provides participants with valuable insights and practical tools to enhance their understanding of risk factors and cultivate healthier lifestyles. After you register and pay, you will be redirected to a quick and streamlined client intake process, which typically takes only 10-15 minutes to complete. This process is designed to be easy to use and is fully HIPAA compliant and encrypted to ensure your privacy and security. 

During the intake, you will:

1. Provide Information: Submit necessary details.
2. Sign Consent Forms: Complete and sign all relevant consent forms.
3. Review Rights and Responsibilities: Be informed of your client rights and responsibilities.
4. Submit Photo Identification: Provide a photo ID for verification.

Once the intake process is completed, you will attend the seminar on the scheduled dates and times. After finishing the seminar, you will receive a certificate of completion via email. If you have any questions or need assistance during this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Atlas DUI School is officially licensed as an outpatient treatment provider in Utah and Tennessee. If your DUI charge was issued in a different state, we may still be able to assist you with fulfilling your court and driver license reinstatement requirements.
